At NOYZ, we want you to be obsessed with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all products in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are lightly used or unopened.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original box and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
